After you place your order, our Warehouse and Distribution team will expediently locate, pull, pack and ship your goods for safe arrival. Most orders placed before 12:00pm PST ship same day.
Carriers & Services
Our preferred carrier is Federal Express (FedEx), but we may also utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) at our discretion or upon your request.
Standard orders are sent by Ground Delivery service and typically arrive in 5-7 days. Expedited orders are sent by 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day Delivery services. All services include weekday delivery and may also include weekend delivery depending on the carrier and your location. Expedited orders must be received by 12:00pm PST for same day shipping.
Orders sent to a PO Box are only shipped by USPS.
If the carrier and/or service you desire is not available to you during web store checkout, please select the nearest like service and comment in the note box how you would prefer your goods be sent.
Quoted rates are based on your order weight, estimated package dimensions and the contractual rates we have negotiated with our carriers. Carrier volume and promotional discounts are shared with you and reflected in the quoted rate.
We will honor the quoted rate for the service you select in check out even if actual shipping charges greatly exceed the quote.
If you opt to change shipping services after order completion, we will increase or decrease shipping charges based on your new carrier and/or service selection. The new shipping charges will be quoted to you before shipment.
If your order qualifies for discounted or flat rate shipping, the option is presented during checkout. Discounted and flat rate shipments are sent by the carrier and service of our choice.
Safe Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee the safe delivery of orders sent by FedEx and UPS. If your order is lost in transit, we will make efforts to locate the order for immediate delivery or, if unfound after 10 business days, will send a replacement order. If your order is damaged in transit, we will replace the damaged goods.
If you refuse to accept delivery from FedEx or UPS because the package is visibly damaged and the contents are likely damaged or missing, we will send you a replacement order after the carrier returns the package to our facility. If you refuse to accept delivery for a reason other than damage, you are abandoning your purchase of your own accord and we will not send a new shipment or return payment.
We do not guarantee the safe delivery of orders sent by USPS to any destination. If your order is lost or damaged, you must seek remediation directly with USPS.
We are not responsible for the order after delivery. If your packaged order is lost (stolen) or damaged after delivery, we will not offer any recompense.
Some goods may not be shipped by all carriers or services to all destinations. These restrictions are noted on the item web page or at the time of order placement.
Freight or Truck Shipment
Large or heavy goods shipped by freight or truck shipment are subject to additional shipping, handling, pallet and/or crate charges that are not reflected in the quoted rates during checkout. We will relay the additional charges to you after order completion and, if you refuse the additional charges, will cancel the order.
All Freight or Truck Shipments are sent by FedEx Freight Economy or FedEx Freight Priority.
Goods requiring truck shipment are noted on the item web page or at the time of order placement.
Orders to Canada are sent by FedEx Ground or FedEx International Economy.
Orders to addresses outside the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada are sent by FedEx International Economy.
We are not responsible for the payment of duties, taxes or brokerage charges. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient and may be due before or upon delivery.
